Donation Refund Policy

The Surul Centre for Services in Rural Area, commonly known as CSRA, takes your privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with the Organisation as highly confidential.

CSRA follows a reliable refund policy to let its donors feel privileged about their association with us. We will require proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor within two days after the donation.

• In such cases, if the receipt has already been issued, then the Donor needs to return the original receipt to our official address.

• In the case of a tax exemption certificate already issued, a refund will not be possible.
